Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The pass goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the apps that come pre-installed on every phone. That’s the whole point.
What if my customer has neither wallet?
They get a hosted web-pass at a short URL. Same stamps, same reward, bookmarkable on the home screen.
How do stamps work without staff opening an app?
Staff signs into the merchant portal once on an iPad or a phone and stays signed in. Scanning a customer takes one tap.
Can we run more than one shop?
